Welcome! I’m passionate about health, healing, and helping others discover the transformative power of the carnivore diet. My journey began at 265 lbs, struggling with sugar and carb addiction. This left me feeling sluggish, unmotivated, and constantly battling joint pain. I tried many diets but only managed to get down to 240 lbs, feeling like I was stuck in a cycle that wasn’t getting me the results I needed.

Everything changed on June 22, when I decided to fully commit to the carnivore diet. Since then, I’ve experienced a profound transformation, not just in my weight—which has dropped to 214 lbs and continues to decrease—but also in my overall well-being. The constant joint pain I once suffered from is now a thing of the past. I no longer rely on ADD medication, and even more remarkably, I haven’t had a headache since I started this journey. Now, I crave the nourishing simplicity of beef, bacon, butter, and eggs instead of sugar-filled foods.

Through this blog, I want to share my experience and guide others on their path to health and healing. The carnivore diet has changed my life, and I believe it can do the same for you.
